1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

All tags and packaging are intact

The product is not a clearance or final sale item

The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during special promotions

Intimate wear, underwear, or sleepwear for hygiene reasons (unless faulty)

Gift cards
-
Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or wear and tear
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return

Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions

Carefully repackage the item(s) and include the order details in the return parcel

Send the item(s) to the return address provided (in Vietnam or international return center, depending on your region)
4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or sent incorrectly.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.

If the item is defective or wrong, we will cover the return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

Refunds are issued via the original payment method only

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed
Note: Shipping fees (if paid) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:

First, check your bank or PayPal account again

Then contact your payment provider — it may take time before your refund is officially posted

7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), please follow the return process above and indicate clearly that you want an exchange. We will confirm availability and process your replacement upon receiving the original item.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will:

Offer a full replacement at no cost

Or issue a full refund, depending on your preference
9. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, they may already be processed and shipped. Please contact our team as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
